Jerry Lawlor and the word "Puppies" are synonymous. After disputes with the WWE, Lawlor left his commentary position, and ended up in the World Wrestling Allstars. King commentated for the World Wrestling Allstars, as well as wrestling various opponents. 

During his lengthy and successful career Jerry "The King" Lawlor was involved in heated feuds with such wrestlers as Bret "The Hitman" Hart, Terry Funk, and the list goes on.

Jerry Lawlor is now again comfortable seated next to his good friend Jim Ross, on the WWE program RAW, where he is happily screeching the word "Puppies" over and over again.
