----------------------------------

"Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner - the genetic freak, a physical marvel, an artwork - compared to that of Michelangelo's 'David'. But he is also a killer inside the squared circle!

Before Scott Steiner ventured off on his own, he and his brother Rick Steiner were a force in tag team wrestling, that is unequalled anywhere else on the planet - forming the most dominant tag team of all time! Capturing tag team gold in three major federations, WCW, WWF and IWGP - holding each title on more then one occasion.

Fast forward to early 1998, in WCW, the Steiner brothers were having some problems, and Scott turned his back on his brother (and WCW) and joined the New World Order!

This was not the same Scott Steiner, picking up some of the more desirable traits of the New World Order, as he would now 'lie, cheat and steal' in life, especially in avoiding a match up with his brother, Rick.

Aligned with Buff Bagwell, he and Steiner 'dodged the bullet' month after month, when it came to match time - avoiding the 'Dog Faced Gremlin' - going as far as Buff faking another serious neck injury.

The two would eventually square off, with Rick Steiner getting the upper hand.

This loss would not be a 'thorn in his side' as Steiner would still go on to become one of the most powerful wrestlers in professional wrestling, as a pivotal member of the New World Order.

It is during this time that Scott Steiner would take a brief hiatus from World Championship Wrestling, where he was to receive surgery for his various injuries. However he returned, and with a big impact (and in a short period of time) he captured the WCW TV and United States titles, as well becoming a leader of the New World Order.

Scott Steiner would continue to climb the ranks of WCW, getting victories over such monsters as Tank Abbott, and the nuclear bomb, Goldberg.

However the most impressive victory on his wrestling resume, is that of Booker T at WCW Mayhem 2000, as it is here where Steiner captured the WCW Heavyweight Title, and adding his name to the list of other such greats as Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan and Sting.

Steiner would go on to defend his title, defeating such wrestlers as Sid Vicious, Kevin Nash and DDP - taking them out of the sport, for some time. He held the title for just over 4 months, where he finally was beaten, by the same man that Steiner took the title from, Booker T, on the final Nitro.

Suffering from a foot injury, Scott Steiner would bide his time waiting for the appropriate time again to make his presence felt. On the 1st of December 2001, Scott Steiner debuted with the World Wrestling Allstars, instantaneously making an impact - like none had before him.

Teaming with Jeff Jarrett, Steiner would face such wrestlers as Brian Christopher and the Road Dogg.

However it was long before Scott Steiner would impress the powers that be at WWA HQ, as at WWA's 3rd pay per view Eruption, he was granted a shot against the newly crowned WWA Champion, Nathan Jones, who had just won the title 6 days before.

To even the odds, WWA Commissioner, Sid Vicious decided that he would be special ringside enforcer for this match, and gain some vengeance for what Steiner did to him in January of 2001.

Even with Sid's presence, Scott Steiner prevailed, becoming the 3rd World Wrestling Allstars Heavyweight Champion - a title he never lost.

After winning the title, Scott Steiner would join the company on their MONE tour, where Scott faced off against Australian native Nathan Jones. Again Steiner would prevail on three separate occasions, proving to the world, and the thousands of fans watching that he is one of the world's greatest wrestlers.

After this however Scott Steiner would depart from the World Wrestling Allstars, and would go on to sign with the WWE.

WWA Xtreme wishes Scott Steiner the best in his future ventures with the WWE.
