The way I see it TNA has the NWA
name, history, and tradition. WWA has Andrew McManus's money,
smart advertising skills, and ability to buy out big arenas to
showcase the talent. And the talent he can sign is another plus!
Now, separated they can't do much to the WWE, but if they merged
there would finally be a promotion to be able to take WWE to
the limit just like Eric Bischoff's WCW had done years earlier. I
say Bischoff's WCW because Ted Turner never ran his own company
and hired people to do that for him. Think about folks, Jerry
Jarrett is considered the 2nd best promoter and 2nd only to Vince
McMahon Jr. Andrew McManus has signed Sting - Hell even Vince
hasn't done that yet - WWA is already known around the world in
such countries as Australia, New Zealand, Scotland, England, and
Germany. TNA has a large cult following here in The U.S. and
2nd to WWE. They are a distant 2nd, but they're catching up
because they have all their name says they have. And that is TOTAL
NON-STOP ACTION! WWE has necrophelia angles, and Their flagship
show is The Triple H show - oops - RAW. SmackDown!'s name should
be LayDown! and Velocity, Heat, and Confidential should just might
as well be cancelled. If you don't the 3 shows I just named off,
be VERY grateful!
With a Wednesday PPV outlet and 70
tour dates per year TNA/WWA would be set. They could do PPVs of
the tours and their weekly PPV. Sting, Jeff Jarrett, Shane
Douglas, Bret Hart, Sid Vicious, AJ Styles, and D'Lo Brown would
probably be the top AllStars/Superstars in the company and the
first 2 names carried WCW on their backs alone for 4 years
combined. Sting(before Hogan and after Flair left),
Jarrett(Beginning of 2000 and almost to the demise of WCW. And
Bret Hart is such a treat to watch and listen to. AJ Brings the
High-Flying aspect to the company along with TNA's X-Division
Stars. D'Lo brings the charisma and attitude to the company. And
Shane Douglas brings the Smart-Ass, unpredictable, cocky,
egotistical villain role to the company. And their would be many
more AllStars brought in to the company. TNA and WWA are already
partnering up but not to the extent that they could do anything to
hurt WWE.
